We are a young group of entrepreneurs who have all studied hotel management abroad, which has the opportunity to manage a number of different residences all family owned.
The residences are situated in Italy, Liguria on the Beautiful Riviera delle Palme, surrounded by the countryside washed by the sea, and its mild microclimate.
In order to take advantage of this great opportunity we have decided to invest in the tourism market mainly in the family, sports and cultural sectors. To do this we offer to our clients a variety leisure time options, from cultural events to varying culinary experiences and a wide choice of Sports.
Our structures are located in different towns from Finale Ligure to Loano, they consist of 5 buildings, of these two have a swimming pool, two own a beach, tennis courts and a gym. These structures account for 176 apartments, (One room, two rooms and three rooms apartments) all of them are newly restored and fully equipped. Two conference rooms are also available for small to medium sized groups. In the sports sector we have created an integrated catalogue which brings different sports activities together, by contacting our organization clients will be able to book.
Different facilities, varying from a gym completely equipped by Technogym, Mountain bikes for hire, horseback riding and an scuba diving structure, all of which are owned and managed by ourselves. Climbing, hiking, canyoning, quad, all with professional guides and instructors are also in our catalogue, giving the customer the widest choice of sports in Liguria.
We produce our own wine, Red wine Grenache, white wine Pigato,Vermentino, and olive oil, olives, olive caviar, giving the customer a wide choice and taste of many different regional specialities, Culinary events dinners at restaurants or cooking courses are also available.
We organize guided cultural trips in historical towns, in nearby Italian cities and towns (Genoa, Milan, Lake Garda, Venice) and in nearby France and Monaco.
